Does exercise really keep us healthy?

• Exercise can reduce the risk of disease.
Like what?
• Exercise may reduce the risk of heart disease, apoplexy, diabetes, osteoporosis and even cancer.
How can exercise help to keep people healthy?

• Take exercise three days a week. Every time you have to exercise more than thirty minutes. The heartbeats cannot be lower than 130 times
Can exercise lose your weight ?

• If you want to lose weight, you have to diet as well as exercise. Only exercise has not been shown to bring sustained weight loss.
But one thing is for sure .
Exercise is helpful to health !
