Introduction

Introduction

100m

World record: 9.58Japanese record: 10.00My record: 10.90

Analysis

100m

One race…I ran 100m at 10.90s

0~50m: 5.82s50~100m: 5.08s

Usually top of Japanese sprinters can run 50m at around 5.8s

Problems

50m0m 100m

Problem is the velocity from 50m to 100m

Problemsve

loci

ty(m

/s)

distance(m)

(t=10.90s)

The max of velocity appear at point of 50m

It is necessary to keep the energy to enhance the max of velocity

Problem

100m

Stamina is limitedIf I sprint at the early point

I waste much energy and it leads to decrease the velocity

Improvement method

Velocity(m/s) = Stride(m/step) × Stride frequency(step/sec)

Ex ) 2.20(m/step) × 4.8(step/sec)= 10.56(m/s) = 38.0(km/h)

I mean …

Expand the strideEnhance the stride frequency

Both factor

Improvement method to expand the stride

2.00m 2.10m 2.20m 2.30m

Put some marks and increase distance gradually

Get used to running with broad stride

Improvement method to enhance the stride frequency

Run downhill

1.9m 1.9m 1.9m 1.9m 1.9m 1.9m

conclusions

The velocity depend on “stride” and “stride frequency”

I have to chose training depending on the purpose

Prediction

I will be more faster by following my opinion

10.90s 10.75s

Thank you
