Anthonyandhisbigbrother,Nicholas,wereofficiallydraftedaspartoftheCollegeofStatenIsland’sMen'sSoccerTeam,theCSIDolphins.AnthonywaschosenbyanorganizationcalledTeamImpact.Childrenwithlife-threateningillnessesandfightingbigbattlesareinspiringthelivesofyoungmenwhowanttobeapartofhislifeandhavean"impact"tohelpbringhappinessandawarenesstohisraredisease.Nicholas,beingthesibling,istreatedjustasspecialandimportant.Theboyswereimmediatelygreetedbyeverypersonontheteamindividually,werebroughtontothefieldtopractice,andintroducedduringthestartofthegame.Whenwegottothefield,everysingleplayerlineduptogreetallofusatthegateandwereclappingfortheboys,liketheywerecelebrities.Thebondtheyalreadyhavewiththeguysisincredible.Anthonyknowstheirnamesandnumbersandwehaveevenbegungoingtotheothercollegesportsgamesalongwiththemenonthesoccerteam.Thispartnershiphasdonemoreforthemthentheyrealize,butweasparentsareeternallygrateful.ThecoachhasalreadyscheduledanSDSAwarenessnightfornextseasonwherethecollegewillhelpinraisingawarenessandfundsforSDSF!!http://www.silive.com/sports/index.ssf/2017/10/inspirational_athlete_five-yea.html
