EMBARKATION PROCEDURE
Upon arrival at Airport, locate the teacher-in-charge Baggage allowance: only ONE suitcase (not exceeding 30kg) to be checked in and ONE piece of hand luggage (not exceeding 7kg) Both suitcase and hand luggage must have identification tags Boarding pass will be given to child to check-in luggage. Pupil to hold on to personal hand luggage Pupil to move and queue with the teacher-in-charge On the aircraft, pupils will sit in their assigned seats.
DISEMBARKATION PROCEDURE Upon landing, pupils will move in an orderly manner for immigration clearance Pupils must check that the arrival/departure form is duly completed and signed After clearing immigration, pupils must check there is a today Sticker on the passport before proceeding to the Baggage Claim area Account for all pieces of luggage before moving out of the airport
