With the 2005 Tibotec Leadership Conference behind us I wanted to send a quick note to say a big THAN KYOU to everyone who helped make this years conference a huge success. While we will do a more formal
analysis I took a quick look at the evaluations and they look terrific! Almost all are extremely positive!
We could have not been that successful without the hard work, commitment, dedication, collaboration and drive forresults from all of you.
THANK YOU!!!!!

Dear Brad, The Development and Networking event you held yesterday was a Best Practice! Your leadership and creativity resulted in a 'signature J&J experience' for the several hundred attendees from the various OpCos and from outside our corporation. I am sure I was not the only one who heard from individuals from Merck, Novartis, Glaxo, Merrill Lynch to name a few that it was the best they had ever attended. Similarly, our Affinity Groups representatives and cross section of employees from all functions and levels where energized and I believe, re-recruited to J&J. I also heard from the 3 Executive Directors I invited (American Indian Science and Engineering Society, Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement and GEM National Consortium for Graduate Studies in STEM) that it was well worth their traveling from New Mexico, Chicago and Washington, DC to participate. We in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion were proud to be part of such an excellent initiative and thank you for all your hard work and dedication to assemble the team, keep it on track and inspired to make this a reality.
