The Benefits of Little or No X.
16% of people have a gym membership but
only 1 in 5 use it.(So how are the other 4 out of 5 people
getting enough X)?!?!
So, to get the greatest health benefits
previously mentioned, how often should
I have X?
So… Enough talk. What are some tried and true ways to have better X
more often?
First, it’s important that you put X on
your calendar.
Second, if having X by yourself is boring,
maybe find a friend.
Third, great X can happen any time, any
where. Especially while doing housework or
even shopping.
Finally, if you want to have great X, but
don’t want to learn all the fancy moves,
hire someone.
In Summary: Plan X, engage in X often with friends and
family, make it a game and fit it into your lifestyle whenever
and where ever possible. Remember, more X is better
for you.
For those of you who’d like to talk more about X, Karin will be giving a
seminar at Wise Woman Wellness on the Exercise Prescription March 20th!
