When your Booking Request has been processed and dates assigned, we will email a Booking Confirmation. To secure this booking we require a $500 non-refundable deposit. Your Invoice will be attached to your Booking Confirmation. Closer to your camp date we will also be asking you to complete a Camp Co-ordination Form so that we can finalise your camp activities.
