A talk discussing the problem of walkovers in the Singapore election system. With walkovers, people do not get to vote and apathy sets in (has set in for well over 20 years now). This apathy is not good at all for democracy if people do not get to vote at all.

will be abolished, can we have a ONLINE election for those whose

constituencies did not get an opportunity to exercise their rights?

do something?
