weeks. The class will be a mix of both functional andtechnical
consulting resourcesthe underlying philosophy being that bothskill
tracks need to have a familiarity with the other in order to be
effective inbuilding a cohesive team on a live client engagement.

- 5. CRM Training Academy Schedule The schedule for all
instructor-led coursework will be Monday through Friday 8:00
18:00with a one hour lunch break. (exception for last Friday, in
week 4, which will end at 12 NoonPT). Avanade will provide lodging
and per diem reimbursements the duration of the CRM
TrainingAcademy. New Employees electing to travel home on the
weekends should not make travelarrangements earlier than 18:00 on
Friday to allow time for their certification exam on
Fridayafternoon. Courses will begin at 8:00 on Monday morning for
Weeks 2, 3, and 5. New Employees will make travel arrangements to
the training venue (through the employeetravel portal). Avanade
will not reimburse any Employees to fly-back to their home location
on theweekends. (Exceptions to this are possible with explicit
approval of the employees managerand Service Line Leadership). New
Employees electing to travel home on the weekends shouldnot make
travel arrangements earlier than 6 PM on Fridays to allow time for
their certificationexams on Fridays. Courses will begin at 8 AM on
Monday morning for Weeks 2, 3, and 4. Ad-hoc weekend team-building
or other activities may be scheduled; some may be paid for bythe
company while others will be optional and paid for by the

- 6. CRM Training Academy ScheduleNew Employees in this program
will emerge ready to be staffed onto an Avanade CRM engagement.
Week One: On-boarding: Basic information about working for Avanade,
including necessary policyand compliance training, critical systems
and tools, etc. Week Two: These are the Dynamics CRM basic training
sessions. New Employees will learn thecapabilities of Sales
Management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM that allow for tracking
andmanaging of the sales process from potential to close. Next, the
course covers MarketingAutomation, outlining the tools available
for critical marketing activities. Week Two will focus onService
Management (i.e., how Dynamics CRM helps organizations track
information about cases,customer complaints or requests, and small
projects), as well as Service Scheduling. The finalmodule teaches
New Employees how to customize and configure Dynamics CRM 2011.
Week Three: New Employees will learn role-specific company tools,
processes, and informationthat will help them further ready for
life as an Avanade CRM Developer, Business Analyst, orProject
Manager. We will also use this week to engage New Employees more
directly with othersdoing their role within the Service Line. Week
Four: This is a practical, role-play exercise where New Employees
are put into teams andgiven a set of customer requirements that
they will have to implement and present to acustomer. Essentially,
this week will give New Employees a practical grasp of how to
bringtogether everything they learned over the first three

- 7. Certification SummaryAt the conclusion of Week 4, all New
Employees will have achieved certification for: Microsoft Certified
IT Professional Applications for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft
Certified IT Professional Developer for Microsoft Dynamics CRM,OR
Microsoft Certified IT Professional Installation Configuration for
