FactsAsthma is the inflammation of thebronchial tubes in the lungs, whichcan make it hard to breathe. Thisusually presents as:

Symptoms Shortness of breath

Chest tightness or pain

Chronic coughing

Wheezing or coughing, whichcan cause difficulty sleeping
