the Universal Service Fund

• Administered by the Universal Administrative Company (USAC)

• Ensures affordable access to modern telecommunications & information services

E-Rate Discount

• Provided to eligible schools and

libraries

• 20% - 90% off of telecommunication

services

• Based on the percentage of students eligible for the free and reduced lunch program
