NEED OF ETP

Water is basic necessity of life used for

many purposes one of which is industrial

use.

Industries generally take water from rivers

or lakes but they have to pay heavy taxes

for that.

So its necessary for them to recycle that to

reduce cost and also conserve it.

DESIGN BASIS

IN THIS TANK ,AIR IS PRODVIDED FOR HOMOGENIZATION OF INCOMING EFFLUENT.

TO PREVENT THE SENDIMATION

EQUALIZATION TANK

IN EQUALIZER TANK ,AIR IS PRODVIED FORHOMOGENIZATION OF INCOMING EFFLUENT THROUGHT COARSE AND FINE SCREEN.

IN EQUALIZER TANK ,EQUALIZE THE ALL WATER BY AIR BLOWER .

AHR TANK

ANAEROBIC HYBRID REACTOR

IN AHR TANK WE PROVIDE

THE WATER IN THE ABESENSOXYGEN.

REDUCE THE RESIDUAL COD& BOD LOAD FROM THE WASTEWATER AEROBIC BIOLOGICAL PROCESS AND ACHIEVEDTHE FINAL CREATED WASTE WATER.

ACTIVATED SLUDGE PROCESSBASED BIOLOGICAL IS PROVIEDTHROUGH WHICH ORGANIC SUPENDED SOLID & DISSOLVEDSOLID.

LAMELLA CLERIFER TANK

LAMELLA CLERIFER IS AWASTE WATER TREATMENTPROCESS THAT FEATURE A RACK OF INCLINED PLATESWHICH CAUSE SETTLING OF FIOCCULATED MATERIALFROM WATER THAT FLOWSACCROS THE PLATES

THE AEARTED MIXTURE,RICH IN FLOCS, IS FORWARDEDTO THE LAMELLA CLERIFER TANK.

SAFETY PRECAUTION

Protective clothing, rubber boots, gloves for

the hands.

Personal should be a aware of the character

of the acid and their hazards.

Goggles must always be worn during the

corrosive acids.

Smoking or naked lights should be prohibited

in the vicinity of vessels containing acid.
