Amar Joyti School & rehabilitation center is theorganization which works on the concept of “making anIndia which places its person with disability on the sameplatform as the non-disabled citizens”
Amar jyoti charitable trust – organizations that sees ability andtalent in disability of children.
This trust started in the year 1981 by DR. Mrs. UMA TULI inDELHI, as a help and support to the disabled children at a verylower level
After getting success amar jyoti had spreaded its wings andopened a branch in Gwalior – the city of historic places, in theyear 1989, named amar jyoti school and rehabilitation center.
Dr. Uma Tuli is the Founder & ManagingSecretary of Amar Jyoti Charitable Trustwhich is based in Delhi with a branch inGwalior.Born on March 3, 1943, Dr. Tuli obtained herMaster’s Degree from Jiwaji University, GwaliorPh.D in English Literature from the University of Delhi and M.Edin Special Education from the University of Manchester, UK. Shewas conferred Doctor of Laws, from Roehampton University,London in recognition of her extraordinary commitment toinclusivity.
The most recent recognition is the highest civilian award of Padma Shri conferred on March 22, 2012.

I like the concept of “Making an India”, which places its persons with disability on the same platform as the non- disabled citizens. As we all know that they always treated as disabled people but they have extra talents that less people (Who care for them) know about it which influence others so we have to appreciate that talents and encourage their work so that they will live as a normal life and live happily without complain.
