The magazines listed are those that are currently “live” and held in the Scottish Poetry Library. Back runs of many other periodicals, either no longer in existence or no longer collected, are not included here, but are held on open shelves and fully accessible within the library. The library shop also stocks a small selection of magazines for sale. The magazines listed are of interest of both readers and writers of poetry. Writers aiming to have their poetry published in magazines are strongly advised to familiarise themselves with a particular magazine before submitting work. We endeavour to keep these details up-to-date, but always recommend double checking editor’s names and contact information on the individual publication’s website.
