OVERVIEW The Daily Deal/Multiple Deals Extension supports store owners to advertise or manage deals or campaigns effectively for their site thereby motivating the customers to buy more. The Magento Multiple Deals Extension allows you to create deals for one or multiple products and choose a period to promote the deal as per your wish. The deal will automatically get activated during the specified time and deactivate once the specified time expires.

Features Daily Deal Features: • Create deals with ANY PRODUCT TYPE (Simple, Configurable, Bundle, Grouped, Virtual

and Downloadable)

• Fully customizable Flash/JavaScript Countdowns (compatible with Mobile Devices as well)

• Run/Queue/Edit/Delete Deals for any number of Days, Hours or Minutes.

• Set the deals Price and Quantity.

• View the number of Views and Sales the deal had while on display.

• Disable the product after the deal ends or after the product's quantity reaches 0 (Optional).

• Display on homepage or other store/CMS pages.

• Show the remaining quantity of the Deal in the frontend to motivate your customers to purchase fast before the deal is over.

• Choose whether you want to be notified when a deal isn't scheduled for the day.

Installation Steps 1. Clear the store cache under var/cache and all cookies for your store domain.

2. Disable compilation for Magento 1.4+. Log into Magento Admin Panel and

go to System → Tools → Compilation and disable the compilation.

Be sure that the Compilation Сode is disabled (System->Tools --

>Compilation)

Installation Steps 3. Disable JS & CSS merging

Navigate to System->Configuration->Developer Tab and disable "Merge

css / js". We suggest that you enable error reporting.

Installation Steps 4. Upload file manually

If you use a different from default theme - be sure to rename app/design/frontend/default/default and skin/frontend/default/default folders to your store's values. Using your FTP client upload content to your store root.

Then navigate to System->Cache Storage Management and and clear

Cache.

Do select and Refresh it by pressing submit button

6. Log out then log back in to your admin panel.

Configuration Display Deal on Home Page After installing the Daily Deal Magento Extension create deals show on home page.

Configuration Add Deal In Admin Panel After successfully install this extension user can add deals from “Multiple Deals Menu”-> “Add Deals”

• click on “Multiple Deals”->”Manage Deals”

• here user can see list of created deals.

• User can edit or delete delete on click on selected deal.

Admin user can set the configuration setting for this extension. click on “Multiple Deals”->”Settings”

First tab is configuration tab:

• admin user can enable or disable the deal extension. • Set the active deal link in header • set display Remaining QTY and Past Deals • set the message for No Deal Message

Admin user can set the configuration setting for this extension. click on “Multiple Deals”->”Settings” First tab is configuration tab:

• Set notify email to yes/no. • Set the admin email. • Select the countdown type to javascript or flash.

Configuration Second tab is Sidebar configuration tab:

• Feature Main Deal If Yes - the Main Deal won't be included in the Deals block, it will have it's own featured block.

• Set the Number of Sidebar Deals.

• Set the Display in Left Sidebar,Display in Right Sidebar,Display Deal Price,Display Remaining QTY to yes/no.

Configuration Third tab is flash countdown configuration tab:

• Set the Display Days to yes/no.

• Set Background Color,Digit Background Color,Digit Gradient Alpha %,Digit Color,Sec/Min/Hour Color.

• Set text for Seconds Text,Minutes Text,Hours Text,Days Text.

Configuration Fourth tab is JavaScript countdown configuration tab:

• Set Background Color and Digit Color.

• Set Days Text.

Uninstall

To force Magento uninstall the module. Then replace <active>true</active> with <active>false</active> in the following files: app/etc/modules/Brainvire_Multipledeals.xml
