Using The ADP Portal

The ADP Portal (Self Service) is your one-stop shop for viewing Pay Statements and Annual Statements online, and maintaining your Direct Deposit and Tax Withholding Information. Also, for Non-Punch Clock users, you can access the eTime web portal from here.

In order to use the ADP Portal, you will need to ‘self register’.

1. Use the following URL to get to the ADP Portal: https://portal.adp.com/public/index.htm

2. Click on the ‘First Time Users Register Here’ link.

1. Click on ‘Register Now’ button.

1. Enter ‘KSBE-Portal’ into the ‘Registration Pass Code’ field.2. Click on the ‘Next’ button.

1. Complete the following mandatory fields:a) First name (legal name that is on your pay check)b) Last name (legal name that is on your pay check)c) SSNd) Confirm SSN

2. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.

This is the Confirmation screen. You can:1. Click on the ‘Logon’ button to logon to the ADP Self Service Portal.2. Click on the ‘Close’ button to end the session.

Note that an e-mail with your userid will be sent to the email address you provided. (Typically, userid will be fllllllllll@ksbe, where f = first letter of first name, llllllllll = last name)
