• The committee will then sign you up online!

– $10.00 for Participants & Team Captains– FREE for Survivors!– FREE for Sponsored Team (Corporate Event

Sponsors)• Sponsored Teams will receive a Discount Code which they

can use to register• Survivors do not need the Discount Code to register• Check with the Registration Table if you are a Sponsored

There are 2 types of donations…1. Online Donations = Credit Card

donations through your team webpage or your personal webpage

2. Offline Donations = Cash or Checks turned in at Team Info Meetings, Bank Night, or mailed to the ACS Everett Office

• Turn these in at the Registration Booth before each Team Info Meeting

• Please be sure to fill out the entire envelope!

• We will credit the donation to your TEAM TOTAL

AT TEAM INFO MEETINGS:• If you would like donor names to scroll

on your webpage, you need to…

1. Add the donation to your personal webpage prior to the Team Info Meeting

2. Turn in a completed “Offline Donation Form” inside of your money envelope, so we can confirm the offline donation was received

Personal WebpagePersonal Webpage• Click on the “My Progress” Link• Click on “Enter Gifts Received Offline”• Enter all of the requested information about the

Offline Donation and submit the info for processing• It will take approximately 1 week for your donation

to be confirmed and to show on your webpage
