Our Mission
Aces & Bases will provide a fun filled environment while raising money for children’s charities.
Guests will sit side-by-side and go head to head with peers, retired and active athletes,
celebrities and poker professionals.
Athletic ability, salary, signing bonus, managers, teammates and championship rings are irrelevant when playing with (and against) these stars at the
gaming tables.

Playing for raffle tickets & prizes
Guests receive vouchers for chips to play blackjack, craps, and roulette in a casino environment.
Guests have the option to replenish their chips as they challenge their luck and skills.
As you play and win, you are more likely to win great prizes! At the end of the night, guests exchange gaming chips for raffle tickets.
The raffle prizes will include vacations, televisions, jewelry, gift cards, and more!
Aces & Bases
Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament
All guests are given the same amount of chips. Cards are dealt and the players have to know when to hold’em, know when to fold’em, and know when to bluff!
When a guest loses all of their chips, they are eliminated from the tournament. Eventually, only one person has all of the gaming chips and that is our winner!
Prizes and trophies are awarded to the final 8 players. (The Final Table)

Blackjack Craps
Guests play against the dealer to see who can get their cards to total closest to 21 without going over! It’s a game of luck and skill!
Craps is the only game where all of the players are playing together. This is frequently the loudest and most fun game as all people win - and lose - together.
Every role of the dice is exciting as there are 288 different betting combinations!
Aces & Bases
Roulette
Roulette is a casino and gambling game named after the French word meaning "small wheel". In the game, players may choose to place bets on either a number, a range of numbers, the color red or black, or whether the number is odd or even. To determine the winning number and color, a croupier spins a wheel in one direction, then spins a ball in the opposite direction. The ball eventually falls on to the wheel and into one of 38 colored and numbered pockets on the wheel

The official name of the group "Charros" was selected in April of 1961 because it reflected Scottsdale's heritage, tied in nicely with "The West's Most Western Town" theme, and provided a classical, cross-cultural connection with horsemanship and ranching, past and present.
The Charros' official emblem, the "Screaming Pheasant," is known throughout the Valley for its distinctive appearance and classical design.
The Scottsdale Charros have a long history of community service and close ties with major league baseball. Founded in March of 1961 as a special activity organization of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, the Charros were specifically created "to promote special events in the City of Scottsdale."
The active membership of the Charros is made up of 40 civic and business leaders in Scottsdale. Eachmember makes a commitment to serve the group and the community for at least seven years for more than 240 hours of community service per year. After serving out their seven-year commitment, active Charros have the option to go "life." "Life" members continue to remain involved in the group's activities. Currently there are over 150 Life and Honorary Charros.
Over the years the Charros have partnered in the success of such notable events and programs as the PGA National Club Pro Championships, the Tradition Golf Tournament, the All-Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl Marathon, the Scottsdale Boys and Girls Clubs events, various art festivals, and a variety of other projects. Earnings from these events and activities are donated to the community by the Charros, making the organization one of Scottsdale's largest financial contributors.
Members and guests enjoy a hosted event with a variety of organized activities during the Annual Ride, which includes horseback adventures in some of Arizona's most beautiful locations, good food and friendly equestrian competition; All in all, five unforgettable days that are relived until the following fall.
The Scottsdale Charros thrive on their interest and enjoyment of their home city. Their neighbors, in turn, benefit from the organization's dedication and commitment to Scottsdale, "The West's Most-Western Town".
