�لطبيعة بني �لد�ئم �حلو�ر عالقة هي و�لفر�غ.. �لكتلة بني فالعالقة

ليخلق �لب�سرية، �لعني عرب �لوجد�ن �إىل يت�سلل خالَّق، حو�ر ومكوناتها،

كيانًا جديدً�.

ويف جنوب م�سر �ل�ساحر، تتوحد �ملعابد �لتي �سيدها �لفنان �مل�سري �لقدمي،

مع �ل�سماء، ب�سم�سها وقمرها وجنومها، بنورها وظلها، لتكون لنا ف�ساًء ب�سريًا

�لأعمال تقف �لطبيعة، مكونات نف�س وبني �ل�سماء، نف�س وحتت نادرً�،

�لنحتية �ملعا�سرة، �لتي �أنتجها �سبموزيوم �أ�سو�ن �لدويل لفن �لنحت، لي�سل

�آفاق وتتقدمه �لإبد�ع، يحفه مهيب موكب يف وكاأننا باحلا�سر، �ملا�سي

�خليال �لالحمدودة.

Sculpture is an Art for life or the Art of life itself…The relationship between mass and space is a mutual dialogue between nature and its components…a creative sneaky dialogue, that goes furtively to conscience, through the eye of insight, thus creating a new entity.Among the magic realm of south Egypt, Temples, built by the ancient Egyptian artist, are united with the sky, with its sun, its moon, and its stars…together with its light and shade, to establish a rare visual space… Under the same sky, and among the same nature components, stand the contemporary sculpture artworks…products of Aswan International Symposium for Granite Sculpture , bringing the past with the present together, as if we are witnessing a unique solemn procession, encompassed by creativity, and preceded by the unlimited horizons of imagery.

�أن �ل�سمري �لإن�ساين منذ �لعتيدة، فجر ح�سارتنا �مل�سرية

كانت �لب�سرية تخطو �أوىل خطو�تها على �لأر�س ... يحقق

م�سرية �ندفاع جديد، من �لنحاتني، من �لفر�عنة �أحفاد

�لر�سوخ و�لإمتد�د لأجد�دهم �لعظماء يف عامل �لنحت...

يف كل دورة جديدة يثبت �سيمبوزيوم �أ�سو�ن �لدويل لنحت

�جلر�نيت، بعد �أن و�سع لبناته �لأوىل ووطد دعائمه على

مدى عقدين من �لزمان و�حد من �أفذ�ذ �لنحاتني �لعامليني

قد ولدته منذ �أنه حنني، �آدم �لفنان وهو �ملعا�سرين،

�لعظماء �لفر�عنة من �لأجد�د �أنفا�س �أن يوؤكد �أ�سبح

ماز�لت ترتدد بيننا من جديد، وت�ستنه�س هممنا لإ�ستكمال

�حل�سارة تلك �أن �إىل �لأول �ملقام يف ي�سري وهو �مل�سرية،

فن ماز�ل و جنباتنا، بني بقوة تنب�س ماز�لت �لفريدة

و�لروحانيات، و�حلياة بالنماء يفي�س حيا لدينا �لنحت

�سباب خالل من جديدة، وروؤى �سيغ يف يوم كل ويتجلى

بد�ية هى �لدورة وهذه �ملعا�سرين.. �مل�سريني نحاتينا

عقد ثالث حتقق فيه حلم قومي طال �نتظاره، وهو �فتتاح

بالفعل كانت ولقد �ملا�سي، �لعام باأ�سو�ن �ملفتوح �ملتحف

خطوة عمالقة، وغري م�سبوقة مل�سروع حد�ثي �سخم، �سم

يف �ملعا�سر �لنحت حركة جلهابذة منتقاه نحتية �أعمال

�لعامل. وقد للدول حول �لنحت م�سر، ومن خمتلف فناين

�لنحتية �جلر�نيتية مبعرفة �لإبد�عات وتن�سيق مت جمع

�لفنان �آدم حنني وتالميذه على مد�ر ع�سرين عاما. وما من

�أ�سبح معلما ح�ساريا ومركز �أ�سو�ن قد �أن �سيمبوزيوم �سك

�إ�سعاع يزد�د تاألقه عاما بعد عام، �سو�ء على �مل�ستوى �ملحلي

�أعينها ن�سب د�ئما �ملنظمة �للجنة وت�سع هذ� �لعاملي. �أو

علمية �أ�س�س على �لأجانب من �مل�ساركني �لفنانني �نتقاء

وفنية من خالل جلنة من كبار �ملتخ�س�سني. ومن ثم يحدث

من �أي�سا وهم ، �مل�سريني من زمالئهم وبني بينهم �لتالقي

طليعة نحاتي حركة �لنحت �ملعا�سر يف م�سر، وحمط �أملها

يف �مل�ستقبل، حيث يتم تبادل �خلرب�ت بينهم ،..كل ذلك يف

�أجو�ء من �لألفة و�لتفاعل، مما يعمل على زيادة �لرو�بط

�لثقافية و�لتقارب بني �ل�سعوب �ملختلفة.

تاألقا �لقومي" �لثقايف "�لعر�س ذلك فعاليات وتزد�د هذ�

مركز �لدويل �ملهرجان ذلك �أ�سبح بحيث يوم، بعد يوما

�لبقعة تلك �إىل �لعامل �أنظار لفتت تنوير ومنارة �إ�سعاع

�سيمبوزيوم ك�سب لقد ... �أ�سو�ن : م�سر �أر�س من �لغالية

عندما بجد�رة، �لرهان �جلر�نيت لنحت �لدويل �أ�سو�ن

�ملعا�سر متجدد دوما �مل�سري �لفنان �أن �أجمع للعامل �أثبت

من به مر مهما جمتمعه، �سنع يعيد كيف جيد� ويدرك

، مبا يطرحه ولعله �لأخرية.. �لأعو�م عرث�ت وكبو�ت يف

�أفكار نحتية غري م�سبوقة كل عام، �سيتمكن من تقدمي من

روؤى فنية مغايرة تقوم على حترير �لعقل وتو�جه �ل�سدوع

�ملجتمع جعلت �لتي �ملنغلق �لت�سلط وحالت �لالمعقولة،

مما �لأخرية، �لآونة يف نف�سه على ينغلق �لأ�سيل �مل�سري

و�لعزلة...فها �لإرتد�د ب�سطحات ووعيه كيانه يهدد كاد

نحن ننفتح على �لعامل �أجمع ن�ستن�سق هو�ء حممال بن�سمات

�لإبد�ع، و�لتو��سل �حل�ساري . وعندما يتالقى �لفنانون من

�ل�سرق و�لغرب على �أر�سنا ليعرب كل منهم عن روؤيته �خلا�سه

للفن، فما من �سك �أن ذلك �لتالقح و�لإحتكاك بني ثقافات

و�أ�ساليب فنية خمتلفة �سيكون ج�سر� يعرب عليه فن �لنحت

�حلد�ثي ومابعد �حلد�ثي يف م�سر نحو �آفاق جديدة. وهذ�

هو مفهوم �لتو��سل �حلقيقي بني �حل�سار�ت و�لأجيال ....

ويف �حلديثة، �لثقافة من �لقلب يف تقع �لعوملة كانت وملا

من �لقلب يف تقع �لثقافية �ملمار�سات �أن جند �لوقت نف�س

�لعوملة، فالبد �أن تكون �لثقافة هى وحدها �ملفتاح �ملفاهيمي

ومن للعوملة، �لد�خلية �لدينامية �لقوة مغالق يفك �لذي

هنا تت�سح �أهمية مثل ذلك �ل�سيمبوزيوم، عندما يغري ن�سيج

بالهوية �إح�سا�سنا على فيوؤثر ذ�ته، �لثقافية �لتجربة

�حلديث، للعامل نظرتنا من ويغري لنا �حلقيقية �لثقافية

ومن ثم يعزز م�ساركتنا يف ركب �لعوملة و�لتنوير.

...And thus…the Enlightenment procession is advancing with confident strides, to confirm the eternal stability and firm roots of a civilization that has been credited with being the dawn of conscience, as stated by Henry Breasted (1865- 1935). That was since mankind began its first steps on earth. And so, the descendants of the Pharaohs are seeking to achieve their ancestral colossal march in the field of sculpture Since its birth, The Aswan international symposium – an incomparable endeavor, with its foundations laid down by one of the most prominent international sculptors, the Egyptian artist Adam Henein- had confirmed that the breaths of our great ancestors are still resonating among us, calling upon to continue the march. This primarily refers to the fact that the ancient Egyptian civilization still resonating strongly in our hearts. The Art of Sculpture is still alive, replete with development, brimming with life, together with a whiff of spirituality. Every day, it is manifested in the formats and the new visions, our Egyptian contemporary sculptors..This session is the beginning of the third decade in which a national long- awaited dream has been fulfilled: the inauguration of the open-air museum last year in Aswan. A giant step, and an unprecedented modern achievement, which included selected granite sculptured artworks of contemporary distinguished sculptors: Egyptians, and various nationalities around the world ( who have been participating at various sessions of the symposium). These works have been compiled , arranged , and coordinated by the artist Adam with his disciples over twenty years. No doubt that Aswan Symposium has become a landmark and a radiation beacon, getting brighter year after year, both on the regional and international level. The organizing committee always bear in mind that the selected works are filtered on scientific and technical criteria

by a committee of senior specialists. And then the interaction between guest artists, and their fellow Egyptian colleagues- being themselves the leaders of the contemporary Egyptian sculpture movement- is being developed in an atmosphere of intimacy and interaction, which enhance cultural links and rapprochement between different peoples.The activities during this “National Cultural wedding ceremony”, gain brightness- day after day, making Aswan, that precious spot of Egypt-besides being one of the most attractive touristic cities around the world, due its unique climate and its immortal Pharaonic Antiquities-, a world culture radiation center. In Fact , the Aswan International Symposium for granite sculpture has aptly earned a well-deserved bet, when It proved to the whole world that our contemporary Egyptian artists are always capable for renewing their society, irrespective of the pitfalls and setbacks in recent years … Perhaps, through their unprecedented sculptural ideas, which they offer each year, they would be able to provide new and different artistic insights, based on emancipating the mind, where they can boldly face social irrational cracks, and closed cases of bullying, that have recently made the authentic Egyptian society recoils upon itself, almost threatening his being and consciousness as isolated one ... Here, when we open ourselves to the whole world, we inhale air laden with creativity breezes, and cultural exchanges. When various joining artists from East and West, are coming to express their own visions and artistic concepts, there would be no doubt that this cross-fertilization and the friction between different cultures and technical methods, would construct a bridge that leads modernist and postmodernist granite sculpture to new horizons. This is the concept of real communication across cultures and generations ....A massage of Aswan Symposium.
