WHAT TO EXPECTUsing a topic of your choice, you will learn how to create a training plan that flows easily from one topic to the next, understand the training development process, develop activities that increase participation and skills, manage classroom challenges, and utilize facilitation skills that make learning both educational and fun! The final day will culminate in a recorded practice session with feedback and coaching from the participants and one of our expert facilitators. The workshop is interactive with practice opportunities throughout the three days. You will leave with increased preparation and confidence to deliver a successful training program.
