Quality Improvement work together to design, maintain, administer survey, and to analyze, compile, and report results.

Survey Administration• Data collection online using

Qualtrics survey platform• Survey is anonymous• Within survey, faculty self-classify

themselves by their:– Clinical Department (and division for

larger departments)– Current Status– ACU, if clinical– Other Demographics

General Survey Design

• Survey is “modular” in design:– Some common questions for all faculty– Some exclusive questions limited to

clinical and research activities, based on faculty self-identification
