In celebrating the thirty years since its founding on November 16, 201966, the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. launched the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. Triennial Awards for the Visayas and Mindanao. The efforts of Don Ramon and Eduardo Aboitiz, which have evolved and expanded from that of traditional philanthropy to democracy-based and people-centered endeavors, are remembered and serve as the premise for these awards.
