STRENGHTS:
The importance of pedestrian mobility or alternative transport systems.
Importance is given to water or waste cycles.
Measures focused on reduction of energy consumption or waste dumping.
Use of excellent technological means aimed to reduce footprint.
Means of construction which can be aimed to the respect of the environment.
Improvement of the environmental quality.
WEAKNESSES:
Problems of the original planning are difficult to solve.
Problems related to the deficient state of buildings referring to energy consumption and construction arenot easy to solve.
Regional conditions may be always considered in weatherization.
Environmental retrofitting can be expensive.

STRENGHTS:
Residents who are aware of the high technology and environmental qualification of the neighborhood.Variety of types, prices and access to housing, which will give a population with complex economy.It promotes mixing of ethnic groups and different purchasing powers, by relaxing housing access systems so that90% of the city could access.Training courses for people with the creation of cooperatives of self construction, which enable more affordablehousing thanks to the aid they receive. It contributes to the occupation of the population and active participationin construction.Corporate a management and technical team, which inform the neighbors strengthening partnerships and
managing financial aid and loans.WEAKNESSES/LIMITATIONS
Few social mixes. Gentrification is usually created by the rise in per capita income of the settled population.No budget for social intervention.Large private investment. No attention to social problems. High price for non-competitive search and advertising.
THREATS
Rarely occurs social action outside environment sustainability.By facilitating access to housing for lower income people and unemployed, there is an excess demand for laborthat is not possible to solve short-term and equally there is a surrounding population attraction to theneighborhood to fill jobs created in the neighborhood.
OPPORTUNITIES
Commercial revitalization of the neighborhood. Promote recreational activities. Possibility of investing intraditional workshops. Encourage traditional commerce as a link with the tourist.
Introducing young people. Job creation. Improving the psychological perception of space as a method of attractingbusiness.

Accessibility to the labor market.In the rehabilitation examples, demolition saves money for investing in services and facilities. WEAKNESSES:Economic base is not very mature.Low social mixing. Gentrification.No budget for social intervention.A lot of private investment. No attention to social problems
