3. Entries are desk top evaluated by the Evaluation Committee of which an 80% is the cut off mark to make it through to the next round.

monitoring visit.
5. After site visits have been done, the evaluation committee meets to discuss feedback on the site visit and selects who the finalists are, specifically
noting practical implementation of work learnt,
