A:Yes, I think basic English communication is very important.

A: I often use English in Face-to face enquiry to communicate with guests.

A: The purpose of communication is to answer enquiries and introduction.

A: At beginning, we misunderstood each other and we tried to use body language to solve the problem.

A:I need to improve my English communicating skills through meeting more foreign tourists.
