Slide notes Supervisors can view the Emergency Contacts of Employees, provided the Employee has added contact information to webTA. It is a good idea to have your employees enter Emergency Contact information. To view, we will select the Employee Contacts link from the Main Menu. Select next to continue.

Slide notes Here, we see a list of our Employees, their Organization, whether or not they are Essential, and the date and time their Contacts were last updated. To view the contacts, select the First or Last name link from the list. In this example, we are going to select Madison Jackson. Select next to continue.
