Edelhoff was the first company, that developed mobile vacuum units on container basis.

Mobile vacuum units in 20‘ container construction incl. permits for for street – rail – water – air transports. Vacuum units fixed on trailers.

All vacuum units are fitted for work under inert conditions with fine filter, discharge lock and nitrogen cooling and recirculation.

Drive power: 240-320 KW

Vacuuming volume: max. 9.600 m³/h

Vacuuming performance: 90%



The used catalyst is classified into the different corn sizes in order to be cleaned and / or reused. Also the dust abrasion needs to be removed from the catalyst.

Edelhoff offers screening machines for all types and sizes of catalyst material.

We supply complete customer designed systems:

Bad weather, no working space, catalyst breakage? This could be your solution:

The catalyst filled FIBC are emptied into a mobile conveying hopper

The catalyst is then transported by using pressurized air.

A special Edelhoff air control valve ensures a smooth and slow transport of catalyst and grain products i n the conveying pipe.

The risk of dust abrasion during the conveying is reduced to a minimum.

Quick release system for the flow volume control: Time saving is around 20 minutes/change.

Flexible arrangement of strips on four levels: almost dust-free and smooth catalyst distribution in the distributor.

Fine alignment of the inflow quantity: facing discs on the strip rotary blades improve the loading structure in the reactor.
