Edelhoff was the first company, that developed mobile vacuum units on container basis.

Mobile vacuum units in 20‘ container construction incl. permits for for street – rail – water – air transports. Vacuum units fixed on trailers.

All vacuum units are fitted for work under inert conditions with fine filter, discharge lock and nitrogen cooling and recirculation.

The used catalyst is classified into the different corn sizes in order to be cleaned and / or reused. Also the dust abrasion needs to be removed from the catalyst.

Edelhoff offers screening machines for all types and sizes of catalyst material.

Bad weather, no working space, catalyst breakage? This could be your solution:

The catalyst filled FIBC are emptied into a mobile conveying hopper

The catalyst is then transported by using pressurized air.

A special Edelhoff air control valve ensures a smooth and slow transport of catalyst and grain products i n the conveying pipe.

The risk of dust abrasion during the conveying is reduced to a minimum.
