Fore wordMy first ex pe ri ence with Nadine's Art-an a logue mind draw ing work -

shop in 2002 was a rev e la tion. The idea that one can ac cess one’sunconscious thought pro cesses by sim ply doo dling, was new to me. Theef fect of the dif fer ent ex er cises all ac com pa nied by soothing mu sicwas mag i cal in terms of mov ing me out of a lin ear mind set. It trulyhelped to open the door to my imag i na tion.

When I took a peek at the artworks on the walls, I real ised thatthere was no right or wrong way, just our own in di vid ual way. That wassuch a re lief, since I do not re gard my self as an art ist.

It turns out that our day dream ing doo dles can ex pand our in fi niteawe some ness, not only to help with our daily tasks, but also to help us tore mem ber what goes on dur ing meet ings or phone con ver sa tions. That'swhy peo ple, my self in cluded, doo dle when on the phone.

I found that out much later, when I was try ing to lis ten to some one'spro mo tional talk over the phone. In the past I could eas ily have al lowedthe other per son to per suade me to agree with them. As I was doo dling,and later looked at what I had drawn, I could see that a part of me had adif fer ent opin ion re gard ing the con ver sa tion, and did not agree at all.

A few years ago I was in volved in re search ing how peo ple learn andfound this sub ject to be very well doc u mented. The key to Nadine'swork re minded me what I had read up about how we learn, or ac cu mu late in for ma tion. You have to be ac tive by touch ing the ob ject and mov ingyour hands. Nadine has proven that doo dling takes the place of ac tu allyputting your hands on the topic at hand thus fo cus sing our at ten tion.

Males tend to be ki netic learn ers and part of the rea son they havesuch a hard time in schools these days must have some thing to do withhow their hands and fin gers con nect with their brains. I wish now thatmy youn ger son who had a hard time in school, had had the op por tu nityof at tend ing Nadine's class. It would have made a huge dif fer ence.

I was cer tainly not ob serv ing my art work piece con sciously, but thesim i lar ity of my fin ished doo dle draw ings to those ap pear ing in Nadine's work book re in forced my sense of how the un con scious mind is part ofour con scious be hav iour, rather than in a Jung ian sense a sep a rateclosed com part ment which can only be opened with con scious effort.

I be came aware that by ex plor ing our cre ative power through doo -dling, thus re leas ing our imag i na tion, it is pos si ble to use one’s in tent toat tract into our life our most ex cit ing dreams and de sires. This spe cialway of doo dling is such an in no cent yet pow er ful tool that it be comes anes sen tial part of life.

The first pub li ca tion was a great suc cess We re ceived re views andsales from all over the world. Thus en cour aged the book has gone to asec ond edi tion.

Hav ing en joyed the idea be hind Nadine's cre ative un usual med i ta tionex er cises, I vis ited her website and was even more sur prised at this au -thor’s ef fort to bring con tro ver sial top ics to the gen eral pub lic. And allher ar ti cles are for Free! I have ap plied her idea to use a cre ative med i -ta tion ex er cises that the Lan guage of Light work book of fers and prac -tised her med i ta tion technics for my self. Con grat u la tions.

The "ex er cises" in Med i ta tions on the Lan guage of Light have opened me up in a man ner that is new to me. I have n't col oured any thing in in SUCHa long long time, that at first I was wor ried about it be ing per fect andwas rather stiff, then as I moved on, I let go and I was a child again, fullof imag i na tion and cre ativ ity - and I'm hav ing so much fun!! In "the restof my life" things also be gan to change, well the way I looked at thingsbe gan to change. I was less stiff and pre cise in the way things had to be, I opened up and started see ing things with "new eyes", I no ticed that Iwas smil ing a lot more of ten and ac tu ally LAUGHING and re ally feel ingit, the scowl was left be hind with the stiff ness. I have n't fin ished thebook yet, but I'm work ing on it......I'm def i nitely work ing on it!!

Dur ing the years that I gave draw ing skill classes, I used the fol low -ing 5 cre ative steps to help the stu dents en hance their per cep tion

skills. Everything we cre ate seems to fol low a sim i lar for mula. Whether we bake a cake, build a house, plan a hol i -

day or cre ate any art form, the five steps are the same.

First stage. We have to have an idea! We need toknow what we want to man i fest in our lives in or der tomove on to the next stage. If it is a lov ing re la tion shiplike Ing rid and Toon have, we need to know what wewant in a part ner and what qual i ties we have our selves

that would at tract such a part -ner. Then the idea has to be

in ves ti gated.

We move into the Sec ond stage in or derto gather in for ma tion sur round ing our idea. There is no time frame as to how long westay in each stage, but when we use thisfor mula, as we jour ney through the chak -ras in this work book, we be come aware at

which stage most of our ob sta cles or op por -tu ni ties ap pear.

Af ter we feel we have gath ered enough in for ma tionwe move to the Third stage.

Now we try the idea out with the back ing of thegath ered in for ma tion. This is the third stage wheremis cal cu la tions are cor rected. This is the re hearsalstage. This is the stage where we have to re lease oldpat terns in or der to re place them with new ideas thatbe long to the new par a digm, or a new dream. Most ofus still roam around on this level of aware ness.

We are the ob server of our own cre ation, our own dream, ourown man i fes ta tions. We would not ex pe ri ence 'life' the way we do ifwe were not at the same time our own ob server. The 22 cards help us to ob -serve the vi bra tions of our men tal, phys i cal and emo tional en er gies. It alsore veals the qual ity and its char ac ter is tics of our soul en ergy.

Af ter this third re hearsal stage we move into the Fourth stagewhere the en ergy of synchronicity guides us to im prove our prep a ra tionin or der to man i fest our de sires. •This is the stage where the RootChak ra acts as our guide.

•Or, if we talk of a Young Soul Age. Mean ing that only be tween 5 to 10 %of our soul en ergy is em bod ied.

On this level we still need rules to live by and rely on higher au thor ity to tell us what to do. Most of us on this aware ness level still need lots of ap proval and stillsee things only as black and white. We do not like change! Im age is im por tant to us and we of ten will pur sue tra di tional ca reers that pro mote our stand ing in the com mu nity. We make good cit i zens andare con sci en tious. We will do the right thing and love to cre ate rules in or der to cre ate struc ture in so ci ety. On this level of aware nesswe also can be rigid and dog matic.

Each level seems to re spond to a dif fer ent ‘time frame’. When wemove into the Third stage of aware ness we be come like tra peze art iststhat live on the edge of two re al i ties.

•This Third stage is of ten reached (on a mun dane level) dur ing ourca reer years, work years or when our di rec tion of in ter est is awak -ened. (28-35-42 years)

•This en ergy vor tex, when ac tive, will stirour emo tional as well as our men tal bodyinto ac tion.

• This stage is the most try ing level for oursoul to be mo ti vated to em body more ofit self. On this level we learn to let go ofthe old through means of de tach ment.

•On this level we talk of a Ma ture Soul Age.Mean ing that be tween 12 to 18 % of our soul en -ergy is em bod ied. To day the world is mostlydriven by peo ple who are power driven. In de -pend ence and com pet i tive ness are very strong

When I asked Annelies if she be lieved that a soul could be evil, her re ply was; " The East -ern be lief is that evil ex ists on the low est planes of ex is tence, there fore it is best to ad vanceone self spir i tu ally be yond these as rap idly as evo lu tion al lows, so ar riv ing at a state of heavenand be yond it to that nir vana where; ‘The wicked cease from trou bling and the weary are atrest’. The West ern at ti tude, on the other hand, is to come to grips with evil on its own groundand de feat it by ev ery pos si ble means."

This re minded me of our Left and Right modes of think ing. Both aware ness lev els of thenorthern hemi sphere and the south ern hemi sphere ac cept the pres ence of evil, but deals with it com pletely dif fer ently.

A Sal va tion Army cap tain once said: "I sup pose you think thatwe all want to go to heaven when we die? Well we don’t. Theam bi tion of ev ery true Sal va tion ist, is to get into Hell." Whenasked by her star tled au di ence why this should be so, she con -tin ued, “If only enough of us could get into Hell we’d soon put astop to all that suf fer ing. We’d con vert the Devil, clean the placeup, and make sure the peo ple in it were pen i tent enough to en ter Heaven. The Devil daren’t let us in there for fear of what we’ddo. There’s end less num bers of us ham mer ing away on hisdoors and he’s too scared to let us in. He’s a cow ard."

•Some of us stay at this mun dane level and do not be lieve in an HigherPower. When we are dead, it is all over. Some of us are so power driven,we do not take into ac count the con se quences of our de ci sions. We don't have much in sight into our own or other peo ple's be hav iours. Many of our lead ers are very in dus tri ous, cre ate new and ef fi cient struc tures and ac -cu mu late great wealth, but they can also be pushy and self-righ teous. Onthis level an al most di vided aware ness level is merg ing.

•Peo ple who are spir i tu ally driven pre pare their phys i cal, emo tionaland men tal bod ies in or der to re place them with wide-rang ing in -sights and a deep in tu itive un der stand ing about phys i cal life.

•Com plete self-acceptance (This means in te gra tion) For many peo plethis third stage awak ens their Heart Chak ra. Then they move intothe fourth stage.

•For many this hap pens dur ing their re tire ment years. For some their soul pur pose has be come a daily med i ta tion.(49-56-63-70 years) Inre la tion ships, or when peo ple are on their own, this is where grand -chil dren play an im por tant role.

•It is also the prep a ra tion stage for when peo ple move into the the il -lu mi na tion stage sur round ing soul pur pose ideas, or you syn chro nizewith peo ple of like mind or you have many ‘Aha’ mo ments.

•On this level we talk of a Ma ture com pas sion ate Soul Age. We do notneed oth ers to agree with-or ap prove of us. All cre ative ex pres siveendeavours ap peal to us. We re cog nise that we live in our own dream.

•As more of our soul en ergy is em body ing our phys i cal form, our livesseem like an emo tional roller-coaster ride. We choose to live in homesthat re flect our in di vid u al ity. Many of us have by now em bod ied 20 to30% of our soul en ergy. This still means that our per son al i ties ( withthe help of in or ganic be ings) are still 70 to 80 % in con trol, but we aremov ing into the fourth stage where our Throat chak ra is ac ti vated and we will learn to speak our truth with com pas sion.

• Only a few peo ple reach this level of aware ness. From anin de pend ent in di vid ual you be came an in ter de pen dent cit i -zen where ser vice to hu man ity is pri or ity num ber one. Ifthe as cen sion path is cho sen, lots of uni ver sal guid ance willen rich and bring joy into one’s life. Many peo ple on this levelstill bat tle with poor self-es teem is sues.

•At this stage we want to move away from a so cial life and sur round our -selves with na ture or con nect to all in love.

•Most peo ple who reach this stage of aware ness have worked on them selves start ing fromthe ages of 14-35-49-56 years. Re la tion ships are only formed or stay to gether if bothpar ties have a soul mis sion they can share. Now the orig i nal idea has to be ap plied!

•Many call this the Old Soul Age but that could be mis in ter preted. Many chil dren who areborn to day bring in a lot more Soul en ergy from the start of their lives. We live in spe cialtimes where many souls, who have awak ened a great deal in their last in car na tion can makethis their last in car na tion. Some souls have only had two or three lives on this planet, butthey are still very ad vanced souls.

•For many on this level with the help of the Lan guage of Light more soul qual i ties can be em -bod ied in or der to cope with the phys i cal changes.

•On this level we are com pletely spir i tu ally driven. 40 to 50% of soul en ergy is in te gratedon this level.

•At this stage we want to move away from a mun dane so cial life and sur round our selveswith all be ings on earth that like you, have a love for all.

It's on this level that we have to let go. We have toto tally be in the now. We have to com pletely be in trust.

Free dom - Ex press ing the power on one.

•This fifth level Annelies also calls Free dom through Unity con scious ness (Ap plied through Ac tion)

•Only a few peo ple reach this level of aware ness. These peo ple are able totran scend the per son al ity. They have a rich in ner life and can tran scendthe il lu sion that com prises the phys i cal plane.

•This level was rarely reached in the past but we live in times whenmany that have cho sen the as cen sion path shall re ceive lots ofuni ver sal guid ance. This is the stage of the Crown chak rathat has opened and con nected to the higher spir i -tual chak ras.

•This is the soul-field-file from where the Lan guageof Light will come stream ing into the phys i calrealm through the 6 lower chak ras in or der tospeed up the vi bra tory rate of the phys i cal/mo -lec u lar struc ture for the as cen sion pro cess tostart.

•Many will re ceive “Mes sages” from an in ner source.They usu ally come by means of “im plan ta tions” ofcoded con scious ness which might be termed spir i tualshort hand, or cos mic computerese.
