Rugs. Gun tufted, high quality wool & bamboo silk

Each Rosenhof Art Factory rug is unique, handmade in India using vegetable dyed wool and bamboo silk. Our rugs are being produced according to the Corporate Responsibility Program, monitoring the manufacturing process both environmentally and ethically. We support local skills and traditional craftmanship.

Our first collection, Flora&Fauna, consists of ten rugs whose designs have inspired the patterns and colours for the cushions, pouffes and wall coverings.

CUSTOMIZED RUGS

Our designs can also be modified to suit your individual needs. Please contact us to discuss.

Flora & Fauna presents fifteen dynamic, reversible designsfor mix and match flexible styling.

Rosenhof Art Factory’s cushions are handmade in Sweden.The graphics are printed on natural fibers; high quality cottons such as cotton twill, cotton canvas and cotton satin. Our covers are removable and washable.

Our fabrics and textile products are printed on high quality cottons and made in Sweden. We support local skills and traditional craftmanship.

Trays. Made in Öland.

Traymaking require true craftsmanship. All our trays are produced in a traditional way, in birch veneer built up of many layers, which you can see when looking at the tray’s edges. Our Rosenhof Art Factory’s fabric is used on the front of our trays. To protect and to give a nice surface sealing wax is used.

Each tray is individually made. The fabrics that we use are placed by hand so that the patterns are shown in the best way. Then the different components are placed in a certain order and finally in a press. By heating and applying high pressure the components are turned into a tray. To get the soft edges and to improve resistance, a milling-cutter is used. Wax is then applied to the edges to withstand washing.

Our trays are dishwasher-safe but handwash is recommended for trays made of moulded birch wood. Our trays are genuinely handmade in Öland, produced in a traditional way by moulded birch wood

and Rosenhof Art factory’s fabric.

Our lampshades are manufactured in Sweden, at a small factory that has a long tradition of producing high quality lamp shades.

We use linen or silk as our main fabrics when producing the shades.

Our shades are able to be customized in any preferable size and colour, choose from Rosenhof Art Factory’s available fabrics.

Our lamp shades are handmade in Eskilstuna, Sweden, produced in a traditional way - At the table; Rosenhof Art Factory’s fabric Pink Reflection with the White Wooden Stand.

Care instructions

CUSHIONS, POUFFES & FABRICS

Soak before washing. Wash separately at 40°c. Do not use detergents or rising agents containing optical brighteners. Liquid soap is recommended. Iron on reverse side. Do not tumble dry. Because of variations in fibres, yarns and dyes, we cannot guarantee the exact colour in different product series. Expect shrinkage after washing or dry-cleaning from 3-4%.

TRAYS

Handwash is recommended for trays made of moulded birch wood.

RUGS

Our Rugs are made of 100% gun tufted wool and bamboo silk. Vacuum clean your rug regularly. Treat the stains immediately after they occur. The Rugs are to be washed by authorized carpet-cleaning service.
