IngredientsRice papers, Spinach leaves, Zucchini, Scallion, Carrot

For the sauce4 tbsp rice vinegar, 4 tbsp fish sauce, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp sugar, Crushed peanuts

DirectionsDip the rice paper into hot water for 1 second to soften Lay the rice paperr flat. In a row across the center, place spinach, carrot, zucchini ans scallion in the center. Fold uncovered sides inward, then tightly roll the wrapper, beginning at the end with the let-tuce. Repeat with remaining ingredients.Mix the sauce ingredients.Enjoy!


Vietnamese spring Rolls

Become a gazpacho master blending tomatoes, cucumber and onion and adding salt and olive oil.

Just cut fig’s in slices and eat them with a good old cheees. The fig is rich fo fibers and Vitamin B, so it helps your diges-tion. Much better than having a bread with cheese, just try it!
