Golden rock is a well-known Buddhist pilgrimage site in Mon State, Southeast Myanmar. There is a small pagoda built on the top of a granite boulder covered with gold leaf pasted on by devotees. The boulder is delicately balanced on the edge of the cliff.

NgaPali Beach is located 7 kilometres (4 mi) from the town of Thandwe (Sandoway), in Rakhine State, Myanmar. It is the most famous beach in Myanmar and is a popular tourist destination

Ngwe Saung Beach is is a beach resort located 48 km west of Pathein, Ayeyarwady Region, Myanmar . The beach is 5 hours' drive away from the principal city of Yangon. Opened in March 2000, Ngwe Saung is newer and more popular than Chaungtha Beach, and is designed to attract people with larger holiday budgets.

Inle Lake - The second largest natural lake in Myanmar is located in the middle of Nyaung Shwe valley between the two parallel mountain ranges running North to South in the Southern Shan State. The tranquil lake is about 22km long and 11 km wide. It is renowned for the leg-rowing fishermen, and the floating gardens.

Mrauk U was once the capital of Rakhine State from the 15th to the 18th centuries. There are abandoned temples and shrines in most fields and on the tops of most hills. It used to be one of Myanmar most powerful kingdoms.
