I. ZSI 100 D4 DESCRIPTION AND ADVANTAGES

ZSI 100 D4 ADVANTAGES Easy to implant. Makes the voiding standing more easy. Avoid metoidioplasty narrowing post surgery.

A pair of rod madet of silicone with silver cable. Length 12 cm that can be reduce to 5 cm. Diameter 4 mm.

II. PROCEDURE

1-Patient in lithotomy position.Espose the corpus cavernosusof the clitoris.

2-Perform an inciscion inthe coorpus cavernous.And perform a funnel.

3-Diale the proximal corpusCavernous owith filators 2 to5mm.

4-Dilate the distal corpuscavernous with Hegar dilatorsdrom 2 to 5 mm.

5-Measure the length ofthe corpus cavernous.

6-Cut the implant ZSI 100 D4to the correct length.

7-Places the implant ZSI 100 D4inti atibiotics.

8-Inject antibiotics in corpuscavernous and introduce theZSI 100 D4.

9-Places the cable of theZSI 100 D4 in the distal part formetoidioplasty to be malleable.

10-Suture the incisio.

13-Make the scrotum. 15-Final result aftermetoidioplasty construction.

11-Perforn the urethra. 12-Close the metoidioplasty.

14-Suture the scrotum.
