at the Norris Center on March 2nd for the final stage of construction!

All ticket purchases and table seating requests will be online this year. Plus, you’ll be

able to pre-purchase from the Wine Pull and Raffle if you’re interested!

6 - ? pm : Grab Bag Volunteers until Grab Bags are sold out (30 minute shift)

9 - 11 pm : Close Out and Item Pick Up Volunteers (2 hour shift)

Kindergarten Tuck-In

Your child’s teacher will "tuck" your child into bed one school night this Spring.

She will read your child a special story and give them a bedtime snack. Your

child will then drift off to sleep with a smile on their face!

1st Grade Readers and Skeeters

Start at Barnes & Noble to pick out a book that you will like and then to

Skeeters we will hike! The winning student may choose a friend from their

class to come along for the fun!

2nd Grade Drive-In

Beep Beep! Drive your little tiger and a buddy from class over to the

Frostwood Drive-In! While there, they will munch on pizza and watch a movie

sitting in their own "car." At intermission, popcorn will be served by special

carhops at the concession stand.

Accompany your teacher to Pinot's Palette in Memorial City for a two hour

painting party! Each child will be taught how to paint a masterpiece. They will

Your “Watch List” will still be there on Auction night so you can quickly find the items you want to bid on!

Here’s what you should do now, before Auction…

1. Visit our BidPal site at http://bidpal.net/buildFWEtough.

2. On the BidPal site, you will need to create a

profile. Click on the “Log In” tab on the upper right hand

side of the page. If you are new to the BidPal Auction

website, choose “Register” and you will be prompted to

enter your contact information. This is the information we will

use for Registration on Auction night.

3. Once you’ve created a profile, you can access

everything as it becomes available. You will have the option

to:

Register your credit card, which is required to purchase

your tickets online.

Preview items available the night of Auction.

Bid on items offered before Auction.

Pre-Purchase Wine from the wine pull. See “Shop

Items’ for what’s available now!

Buy your Raffle Tickets before Auction. Your “bling”

will be delivered to you on Auction night!

View the Auction advertisers and learn about any special

offers available to Frostwood families.

Why bother visiting the website, creating a log-in, and

registering my credit card?

Because it helps YOU!!

Before Auction, our BidPal site is your inside track to

everything Auction. After you’ve created your profile, you can

view all our auction items as they are posted online. By two

weeks prior to Auction, all Auction items will be online. This is a

great time to visit the website with your family and view all the

items. When you see something you like, you can save it as a

“watched” item. When you arrive at Auction and pick up your

BidPal iPod Touch, all your watched items will be saved BUT

ONLY if you’ve created your profile and purchased a ticket. (We

won’t be retaining the information for anyone who hasn’t already

purchased a ticket, so you’ll just need to find the items you are

interested in once you arrive.)

Why do I need to register my credit card? Is it safe?

Registering your credit card allows you to purchase your tickets,

raffle tickets and wine from the wine pull prior to the night of

Auction. Those purchases will be processed at that time, not on

Auction night.

If you’ve already created your profile, you can choose “This is me!” and your information will be populated, otherwise you’ll need to do

it. If you’ve purchased a “Couple Ticket,” you’ll be prompted to enter the same information again for your guest/spouse/date.

SPECIAL REQUESTS is where you enter the names of the people you

are requesting to have at your table. Tables seat 10. If you’ve purchased a “Couple Ticket,” you only need to enter the table

reservation information once and choose the same bidding method for each person. You’ll only have one bidding device per couple.

When are ready to buy your tickets, choose “Purchase Tickets,” and you’ll have the choice to purchase an

individual ticket, or a ticket for a couple. Purchasing a couple ticket is the same as two individual tickets, but

will allow you to enter your guest/spouse/date’s information along with yours.

If you haven’t yet registered your credit card, you’ll be prompted to enter the information to complete your

ticket purchase.

You will be given the opportunity to confirm your purchase before your credit card is charged.

You’ll know if your purchase is complete when you see this confirmation. An email receipt is also sent to the

address you provided. Check the email! It will have instructions on purchasing other items (wine pull and raffle) before Auction starts!

After you’ve entered your credit card information, you should save the information for Auction night too.

Everyone must have a credit card on file. If you choose to change your credit card later, it is easy to do that

during Auction.
