HOW WE WILL COME TOGETHER LIKE MEGAZORD FROM POWER RANGERS
MEETINGSWhat is the purpose of a meeting?• Make decisions• Delegate Tasks
• What else?
HOW WE WILL INCORPORATE NEW INFORMATION AND TECHNIQUES INTO
HOW WE DO THINGS
• Experiment – new and potentially useful tools are produced almost daily. If you see something that might speed up some process or make something easier, we can do a trial period of it. So we will be constantly experimenting with new methods of communication and new tools to make things easier and more things possible.
Hope you like change!
HOW WE WILL MEASURE OUR SUCCESS/PROGRESS/VITAL SIGNS
• Account balance• Cash flow in/out• Retention rate• Meeting attendance• New attendees• Projects in progress• Students’ knowledge/perceptions of SSDP (public opinion
surveys?)
• What are other key performance indicators?
