Dear Robert McDowell:
RE: Important vote on December 18, 2008 -- please support a LIFELINE,free, family-friendly, nationwide wireless broadband (FCC Proceeding07-195 for the ~!155-2175 band).
I applaud the efforts of the FCC and those Members of Congress who supportthe creation of a LIFELINE of free, family-friendly, wireless broadbandnetwork for at least 95% of Americans.
A lifeline of free broadband would bring much needed relief for manyAmericans who struggle to make ends meet with basic living expenses andwould raise our country's economic competitiveness to the benefit of ALLAmericans. Over 100 million Americans still lack broadband and one studyindicates that a mere 7% percent increase in broadband adoption wouldcreate 2.4 million jobs and have a $134 billion economic impact. Imaginewhat broadband access for nearly ALL Americans could do for job creationand our economic competitiveness.
Since the FCC will cast a vote to support or reject free broadband onDecember 18th, 2008, I strongly encourage you to support this lifeline offree, family-friendly broadband as it would bring unprecedented benefitsto our great country.
Please don't delay -- support free broadband in America today.
Sincerely,

Since the FCC will cast a Yote to support or reject free broadband onDecember 18th, 2008, I strongly encourage you to support this lifeline offree, family-friendly Jroadband as it would bring unprecedented benefitsto our great country.
Please don't delay _. support free broadband in America today.
