TRANSPORTATION

School Bus is provided by the child’shome school district but the

transportation request HAS to be made

before April 1st

. No exception can bemade. Application for transportationmade after the April 1st deadline will be

denied.

Pre-K level I : has to be 3 by Dec 1, 2008

Pre-K level II: has to be 4 by Dec 1, 2008

Kindergarten: has to be 5 by Dec 1, 2008,

First grade: age 6 by Dec 1,2008.

Second grade: age 7 by Dec 1, 2008 

Third grade: age 8 by Dec 1st 2008Fourth grade: age 9 by Dec 1st 2008
