• Project intent is to connect two sections of Waterway Lane creating a connection between Gruene Road and Common Street.

Preliminary Engineering Study
• Construct two lane roadway
• Left-turn lane at intersections with Gruene Rd. and Common St. • Left-turn lane on Gruene Rd. onto Waterway Lane• 5’ bike lane on each side of roadway
• 6’ sidewalk on each side of roadway• Traffic signal at the intersection of Waterway Lane and
Common Street
