Facility Engineering Associates, P.C. (FEA) performed numerous services at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Major projects at the site included exterior wall assessments, garage repairs, and roofing assessments and design. FEA's experience with multiple projects at the same site led to an increased understanding of the client’s needs, allowing us to structure our evaluation, bidding, and contract administration services in a way that provided maximum benefit to the client. FEA consulted with Baylor University management on a variety of building performance issues and requirements. FEA also provided a leak investigation for the university and developed roof and facade waterproofing designs to address these issues.
