I nastri VICO-Flex® hanno speciali catene ai bordicostituite da elementi a "U" aventi un profiloappositamente studiato cosi da potere ottenere unanotevole ftesaibilita del nastro in ogni direzione.II nastro VICO-Fle viene costruito con traversini di diametro 5 mme passo nominale (p) di 19.05 mm 0 di 27.4 mm; gli elementi a "U"vengono saldati ai traversini mediante doppia saldatura MIG.Le magliette so no realizzate partendo da piattina di sezione 11.20x2mm.II nastro VICO-Flex~ viene normalmente richiesto in AISI 304, mapotrebbe essere costruito con altri materiali.Riportiamo la sigla di quattro nastri trasportatori VICO-Flex® e lachiave che ne permette la comprensione:nastro trasportatore VICO-Flex -127-190,16nastro trasportatore VICO-Flex -50-190-12nastro trasportatore VICO-Flex -63-274-14nastro trasportatore VICO-Flex -SL-190

VICO-Flex®

The VICO-Flex® belts have chains on edges made ofespecially shaped links having slot holes for nestingthe connectors. Such construction allows a remarkableflexibility of the belt in every direction.The connectors on the VICO-Flex~ belts are 5 mm in diameter andhave a nominal picht of 19.05 mm 0 di 27.4 mm (p).The links are double MIG welded to the connectors.Links are made of 11.20x2 mm wide flat bar.AISI 304 material is usually required for VICO-Flex~ belts, but othermaterials can also be used.The following four examples of VICO-Flex® conveyor belts aretypical: the code key is explained below:conveyor belt VICO-Flex -127-190-16conveyor belt VICO-Flex -50-190-12conveyor belt VICO-Flex -63-274-14conveyor belt VI CO-Flex -SL -190

1. II nastro VICO-FleX® viene normal mente realizzato con spirali;in taluni casi, quando Ie dimensioni del prodotto sono tali daconsentirlo, possono essere costruiti anche senza spirali.Nel primo caso i nastri vengono denominati VICO-Flex @ nelsecondo VICO-Flex'" SL (senza spirali).

1. VICO-Flex'" belt is usually fabricated using spiral wires; in somecases where the size of the product being conveyed is greatenough, VICO-Flex'" belt can also be made without using spiralwires. In the first case belts are called VICO-Flex while In thesecond one they are called VICO-Flex-SL (spiral less).
