PROF. PARTH LAKHANI(PROFESSOR OF ELECTRICAL

DEPARTMENT IN ITI)

The prof. Parth lakhani is one of the good and

talanted lecturer of the ITI in Kunkavav. His birth

date is 28may,1992. with teaching, he is also done

so much work for college specially student. He

always works for student’s good progress. And his

teaching skill is also very good. He never

disappointed any student who goes to him for help.

SINCE YOU WERE SUCCESSFUL …HOW DID YOU TAKE YOUR WORK?

Sir…According to you, what are the qualities to become a successful  Employ..?  I THINK THAT THE FOLLOWING

QUALITIES SHOULD HAVE :DEDICATION,

ALWAYS READY FOR ACCEPTING CHALLENGE,

ABLE TO WORK IN GROUP.

During your long successful career, you might have faced some challenges, how did you take it..? As an opportunities or as a hurdle?

I BELIEVE IN OPPORTUNITY AND PURPOSE VISION.

Sir...sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your juniors are not working according to your Expectations. How do you make them work..?

F IRST I W ILL TRY TO KNOW THE REASON THAT WHY THEY DON’T WORK AS PER MY EXPECTAT ION . THEN I F THEY HAVE ANY

PROBLEM THEN SOLVE I T.

Sir...sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your Seniors/Authorities are not supporting according to your Expectations. How do you make them convince..?  

I W ILL CONVINCE THEM BY THE IR REASON TO WHY THEY ARE NOT SUPPORT ING ME

AND THEN ALSO SOLVE THE IR PROBLEM .

Sir, according to you, what is your Contribution to organization and how do you relate it to society?

I DO MY DUTY VERY WELL AND IN BEST MANNER IT IS MY CONTRIBUTION IN

ORGANIZATION.

 What is your short term vision? And what is your Long term Vision?

MY SORT TERM AND LONG TERM VISION IS TO MAKE MY STUDENT TO ABLE SOLVE ANY KIND OF PROBLEMS

IN INDUSTRY.

What is your message or an advice for the future engineers...or any suggestion for youth? 

I WANT TO GIVE MESSAGE TO ALL STUDENT THAT, “DO NOT LEARN FOR

GETTING THE DEGREE BUT, FOR GETTING EXPERTISE TO SOLVE REAL WORLD

PROBLEM.”

NO I HAVE NOT ANY EXPERIENCE AND EVEN I DON’T BELIEVE THAT I AM

SUCCESSFUL PERSON.
