We encourage Hotel RL associates to be themselves and wear clothes that represent them as individuals. Associates will supply their own uniforms made of casual, natural materials and fabrics with an adventuresome and outdoors aesthetic and a nod to Pacific Northwest style—plaid, cotton, denim, leather, and natural colors. RLHC will provide Food and Beverage associates with denim aprons from Red the Uniform Tailor.
SUMMARY
3
Hotel RL associates will have a crisp, clean, stylish, fun and approachable look. Appearance communicates far more about our attitudes than our words and it is doubly important to take this into consideration while at work. We represent ourselves—along with our personal beliefs and interests—as well as the Hotel RL brand as whole. Our appearance influences how people perceive our levels of respect, commitment and competence. Most importantly, our appearance should never be a barrier to the people with whom we work and serve. The following guidelines outline the Hotel RL expectations for associate attire.

Hair is to be kept clean, current and flattering
Keep your nails clean and trimmed
Breath and body odor should be fresh—use perfume minimally if at all
Dress for work in a well-groomed, well-fitting and non-distracting fashion—“professional” does not indicate dull and “stylish” does not mean expensive
