Xu Rong holds a PhD in Biology from Fudan University, China, and has worked in senior managerial roles at GE, Lifetechnologies, focusing on the company’s strategy planning in China market. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with deep and vast experiences in operations, technological consulting, R&D, and manufacturing management. Prior to the founding Umore Consulting, he also held directorships in several environmental companies, and was also the Deputy Director of Jiangsu Institute of Environmental Industry, in charge of international clean technology transfer, investment, and start-up incubation.

Chen Yonghai began his career at the GE Global Research Center in 2005, During his time at GE, he also gained event planning skills and experience, being actively involved in planning major events such as voluntary activities and annual functions. In 2010, he joined Vertchine Clean Energy as a project director and partner, managing the business development and implementation of Clean Development Mechanism contracts. His vast managerial experience spans across a wide plethora of industries and roles, including legal, finance, accounting, mining, energy, resource optimization and international trade. Charles has served these functions at Jiangsu Tiangan Law, Jiangsu Ministry of Land and Resources, Jiangsu Water Finance Co, Singapore CISET International Trading Pte Ltd, Nanyang Chamber of Commerce, Shandong RG Investment and Jinan Construction & Development Fund.

In 2012, she joined the research institute of environmental protection technology in (Yixing) Jiangsu province, working as manager of technology transfer project. she successfully completes technology transfer projects of Australia, Finland, Japan and Korea. She has rich experience in Conference organization; technological connection between enterprises of supply and demand; following up demonstration projects and strategic cooperation.
Master of environmental engineering from Changzhou University. In 2011, he works as research assistant in the school of environmental science and engineering in Tongji University. He has 10 papers about environmental field (2 SCI articles) published and obtained 3 authorized invention patents. In 2012, he joined Jiangsu ZhongYi Huanke water restoration company Ltd and served as technological manager. He obtained 1 authorized invention patent, and successfully completed "the first national project of comprehensive treatment of water source and restoration of water quality". He has rich experience in the patent application, technological research and development, information collection and project acceptance and assessment, etc.

Proposal
A domestic company of waste disposal seeks for mine wastewater treatment technology. Because mine wastewater is with large quantity, wide pollution, complex component, and treatment difficulty so that there is limited space for the environmental protection company compared to the traditional water treatment industry. Therefore, the company wants to make mine waste water treatment as a starting point to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise.
According to early and multiple contact and understanding, Umore designed project proposal for the enterprise. The enterprise has a number of independent research and development products so that it’s full of project experience, however, the Enterprise Innovation is slow at this stage, thus the project acceptance volume is not enough. Now the company wishes to bring in wastewater treatment technology of heavy metal from mine to meet the ever-changing and growing environmental market requirements.
After communication for several times, the company confirmed the final project proposal and entrust Umore to introduce waste water treatment technology. Yu Mo formally includes the company into dream list plan. Umore will implement service according to the process accordingly. Using global Cleantech resources, search and select technology and enable the two countries to reach a cooperation as soon as possible.
