fUSe fm Summer 2012 Update
Even after 11 broadcasts fromBallymoney, fUSe fm continues to gofrom strength to strength in Ballymoneyand beyond with the use of our websiteand social media.
Who would have thought that back in2007 when this all began and fUSe fmBallymoney was using heaps of CD andbroadcast from anywhere that had spacethat now in 2012, we have a modern
studio built for the purpose plus all ourmusic in digital format and only a clickaway.
We have a small but dedicated team ofabout 25 presenters who all give theirtime free for each 28 day broadcast aswell as the weeks leading up to and afterour broadcasts.
2012 also marks a major step in fUSe fm
Ballymoney as for the 1st time we havesubmitted an application to OFCOM for afull time license which if granted wouldgive us 5 years full time license. Theprocess was long and hard and thewaiting time for the decision will also be
just as long and hard and could be as lateas end of 2012 or early 2012 before wehear back from OFCOM.
To catch the final week of fUSe fm tune
into 106.2fm or viawww.fusefmballymoney.com Text yourrequests to 07936007888 or [email protected]
We also had two young students fromlocal school Our Lady of Lourdes who
are interested in media.
They came into the studio along with Boss& Pan and done a bit of presenting andlearned how the studio at fUSe fm works.
we plan to bring these two fellas back inafter the current run of fUSe to sit on witha few of our presenters and do a mockradio show and give them a taster ofradio.
We may even see both lads backpresenting on the Christmas broadcast.
