Event Parking & Traffic Flow Plan

Drop-Off Instructions (for vehicles 9 seat or less only):

1. Enter via Gate 5 to drop off patron.2. Driver & Patron will be handed a leaflet with pick-up time and

instructions.3. Driver to exit via Gate 2.

Pick-Up Instructions (for vehicles 9 seats or less only):

1. Driver is to enter via Gate 5, at assigned leaflet time2. Patron is to queue at Pick-up area, at assigned leaflet time3. Driver is to provide Security with the Patron’s pick-up name4. Security will call Patron’s pick-up name via megaphone5. Patron to be proceed through pick-up area, only once name has been called by Security6. Exit via Gate 2.

Public Parking Instructions:

1. Enter via Gate 3 off Hill Rd2. Follow direction of Traffic Controllers, CFA Volunteers & Security Guards3. To exit at end of concert, exit via Gate 2 onto Hill Rd4. Please follow the directions of the Traffic Controllers, CFA Volunteers & Security Guards

Bus Parking Instructions:

1. Enter via Gate 32. Follow direction of Traffic Controllers, CFA Volunteers & Security Guards3. To exit at end of concert, exit via Gate 24. Please follow the directions of the Traffic Controllers, CFA Volunteers & Security Guards

Bus & Limousine Drop-Off (for buses 10 seats or more):

1. Enter via Hill Rd, Gate 32. Exit via Gate 2 onto Hill Rd.

Bus & Limousine Pick-Up (for buses 10 seats or more):

1. Enter via Hill Rd, Gate 32. Follow direction of Traffic Controllers, CFA Volunteers & Security Guards3. Exit via Gate 2 onto Hill Rd

Concert & Dining and Disabled Parking Instructions:

1. Enter via Gate 5, off Maroondah Hwy only2. Follow direction of Traffic Controllers, CFA Volunteers & Security Guards3. To exit at end of concert, exit via Gate 44. Please follow the directions of the Traffic Controllers, CFA Volunteers & Security Guards
