Testing and operation
TMK Quantum frac sleeves are opened by dropping size-specific actuation balls through the tubing string. Each ball lands and seals on the designated ball seat, opening the frac sleeve to treat the annulus. The sleeve locks open once fully stroked and can be drilled out to a full bore ID.
Each and every sleeve is fully QC’d and pressure tested before being sent to the lo-cation. In order to ensure that the correct sleeve is run every time, ball seat sizes are drifted and inspected at least 4 times prior to running in hole.

TMK SwellSEAL Packer
Description and features
TMK SwellSEAL Packer is constructed of a swellable elastomeric element, which is bonded onto a base pipe and secured in place with end-rings. Engineered to specific well conditions, the elastomeric element reacts to wellbore fluids and swells proportionally to form a tight seal between the wellbore and the casing.
SwellSEAL packers provide operators with a cost-efficient yet effective alternative to multizonal isolation with hydraulically set openhole packers, and can be deployed as a part of TMK QUANTUM multi-stage fracturing system.

Running Tool LTP Latch
Testing and operation
TMK LTP Packer is set by applying a pre-determined pressure to the tubing string, which in turn activates a hydraulic piston that sets the packing element and anchoring slips. The packer is then fully anchored and locked in the set position.
The LTP Packer is run in hole via the LTP Latch, which is used to connect and disconnect the packer. The Latch is connected with a straight stab and released by a minimum of 12 turns to the right.
TMK LTP Latch Tool
Description and features
TMK LTP Latch Tool works as a connection and disconnection point for TMK QUANTUM multi-stage fracturing system. The latch allows the operator to run the system in hole by utilizing drill pipe weight. Once the tools have been set in place, both the running string and the latch can be removed and replaced with a more suitable string to carry out the fracturing.
