• It is recommended the ISV be able to prove at later date “number of cores in use upon exit of EM”, such as archiving an inventory through MAP tool to demonstrate ownership from their customers.
• If unable to prove what their customer had in use time of EM exit, a conversion ratio of 4 cores for each SE or EE processor license and 8 cores for each DC processor will be applied.
