Parent/Teacher Conferences on January 24th and 25th are fast approaching. A note was sent home with your child last week
that contains the link and code for your child’s homeroom teacher. Specials teachers will be available in their classrooms for drop-in conferences. Note: If you are scheduling more than one child please leave a buffer between appointments.
Woodland skate night will be held on Tuesday, January 30th at Skate City from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
The PTO is sponsoring a new reading program through the Green Bay Packers, Tundra Tales Reading Program. The program
will run from January 22nd through March 25th. Incentives will be given out to those students that meet the reading requirements each week and students completing the program will receive a free ticket to the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame. Please see the attached letter for more details. Weekly reading logs are also attached. Hard copies are available in the elementary office. Happy Reading!
The Box Top competition is on, so keep saving those box tops! Not only do the box tops earn money for the school, also the
class bringing in the most box tops will win a prize! You can help make the counting easier by cutting them out on the dotted lines (the box top company is very strict about this) and put them in groups of 50 into Ziploc bags. Also, expired box tops are not eligi-ble. Thank you!
Save the date! Family Fun Night is set for Friday, March 2nd. The 5th and 6th grade theme for the basket raffle is “gift cards”.
Gift cards can be sent in now through February 2nd. Thank you for your support!
As we approach the end of the second quarter, please be aware that the “Grades” tab in Infinite Campus will be closed to parents
starting on January 12th and opening again on January 23rd after 5:00 pm. Closing the “Grades” tab allows teachers the oppor-tunity to enter student grades and create the progress reports. On January 23rd you can access your child’s report card via Infi-nite Campus. Please note that when reviewing your student’s report card, teacher comments do not show up in the portal when looking at the main Grades screen. They do, however, if you access the Reports screen. From there, you can generate a report card in pdf format that will have all the comments. If you need to set up your parent portal account in Infinite Campus, please click here.
