What is the SAChE program?
The Safety and chemical engineering education program enriches engineers with the process safety knowledge necessary to safely and efficiently work in plants and laboratories
It is composed of nine independent units
Each unit can be taken individually or all together
The Benefits of SAChE
Certificates are valued in the engineering job industry
Education decreases chances of possible work injury and liability
Requirements to enrolling in the program?
Must be an undergraduate student in chemistry or chemical, Mechanical, and industrial engineering
Must be an AIChE member
