The revolutionary advantage of hydrolyzed silicon SiO2:Osvalin® contains silicon in the form of hydrolyzed silicon dioxide (SiO2), the only biologically active silicon. Osvalin® offers the highest concentration of absorbable silicon possible, and is 200,000 times more concentrated than mineral water. In fact, 1 bottle of 100 ml Osvalin® contains as much hydrolyzed silicon as 10,000 liters of mineral water, whilst the mineral water silicon is unstable. Unlike horsetail or colloidal gel, which must be converted in the stomach into hydrolyzed silicon, Osvalin® will be absorbed immediately through the stomach walls. Osvalin® is clearly the best choice of silicon.Osvalin® increases the hydrolyzed silicon concentration by a factor of 2.5. Normally the solubility of silicon dioxide (SiO2) is limi-ted. Hydrolyzed silicon dioxide (SiO2) is present in water and body fluids at an average concentration 1 µg silicon per ml (1 ppm or 0.0001%). Due to its unique stabilization formula, Osvalin® contains 150,000 times more silicon per ml, i.e 15%, as hydrolyzed silicon dioxide (SiO2).
Consumption:1 ml of Osvalin® contains 150 mg silicon in the form of hydrolyzed silicon (SiO2). Silicon is an essential element of life. It has been observed that an unbalanced diet and the use of refined food can lead to a substantially silicon undersupplying. Furthermore it has been reported that the level of silicon declines by age and in case of illness and diseases.Osvalin® contains a hydrolyzed form of silicon dioxide (SiO2). This is the only water soluble & biologically active form of silicon developed by Alnapharm GmbH & Co. KG scientists. Silicon is essential for the growth, formation and regeneration of hair, nails, cartilage, bones, connective tissues and mucosa. Osvalin® silicon has an essential function in silicon metabolism because it can be absorbed directly through the gastro-intestinal system. Osvalin® contains a water-soluble form of silicon which cannot be found in the food products. Osvalin® are highly concentrated. One pack of 100 ml silicon equals 10,000 liters of mineral water in silicon content. But silicon from mineral water is not absorbable, unstable and biologically in active. As a result the administration of Osva-lin® Drops as a supplement in regular basis will be very useful.
Indications:The ingestion of Osvalin® by indication of osteoporosis, arthritis, bone and joint problems, for healthy and shiny hair, nails and fresh skin is recommended.
Recommended intake:Mix 1 ml of Osvalin® per 25 kg of body weight with one glass of water (150 ml) half an hour before breakfast once a day.

Shiny and glossy hair through Osvalin®
A special type of connective tissues in our body are bones. Silicon is a major element in osteogenic cells, which are the bone forming cells. As the bone matures, the silicon con-centration declines and deposits of calcium and phosphorus are formed simultaneously. In other words, the more “mature” the bone tissues, the lower the silicon concentration in the bone. Therefore, it has been concluded that silicon acts as a regulatory factor for de-posit of calcium.
Silicon dioxide in Osvalin® was shown to increase the collagen concentration in the dermis of the skin up to 12.5% [1]. Silicon is cru-cial for activating the hydroxylation enzymes for cross linking colla-gen, which improves the strength and elasticity of this fibrous prote-in. Better collagen means better skin, more elasticity, less wrinkles.[2].
Shiny and glossy hair through Osvalin®:
Silicon helps hair grow thicker and stronger. Hair with higher silicon content show less hair loss and has more shine and luster.
Osvalin® improves the skin and nail texture
The dominant minerals in nails are calcium, silicon and sulfur. An indicator for silicon deficiency is that nails are brittle or soft.
Silicon is essential for activating the enzy-mes that form and maintain articular cartilage in joints, as well as ensuring the integrity of ligaments. Nutritional silicon deficiency cau-ses the development of small, poorly formed joints and decrease articular cartilage content [9].
