Nesma has long recognized that its success as a business is tied to the success of its employees, and equally to the prosperity of the local community in which it operates. We also recognize that the lack of capabilities is the main cause of poverty in Saudi Arabia.

The objective of the Nesma Training Center is to drastically improve the employability of individuals in the community, empowering them to: Secure productive employment; Excel in their professions; Build their leadership potential; and Achieve their professional objectives
